Session Duration
The session duration is set at 50 minutes. The first session is considered diagnostic and lasts for 1 hour and 40 minutes (comprising two sessions of 50 minutes each)

Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential and should not be disclosed, except in cases involving criminal code violations or threats to the client's or third parties' lives

Contract Formalization
A contract will be formalized for a specified number of sessions or for long-term therapy

Payment Procedures
For individual consultations, payment is required before the session. For package deals, payment is expected before the commencement of each new package

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling without penalty are allowed up to two days in advance. The total fee is payable if a consultation is canceled within one day or on the day of the appointment. An additional free consultation will be provided if the consultant cancels with less than two days' notice.

Final Consultation
In the event that we decide to conclude therapy or take a break, we plan a closing session to review and summarize the progress made

Supportive (Booster) Consultations
The consultation fee can be revised once per calendar year, with one month's notice to the client prior to the price increase

Consultation Fee Increase
Price adjustments for consultations are permissible once per calendar year, with one month's advance notice to the client
